The Spanish Infrastructure Railway Administrator (ADIF) assigns OFITECO the technical assistance contract for the construction works of the new Sanabria train station (Zamora), as part of the high speed line between Madrid and Galicia

The contract comprises of a complete technical assistance, which must be completed within 11 months.

ADIF has assigned OFITECO the technical assistance contract for the construction works of the new Sanabria train station (Zamora) as part of the high speed line between Madrid and Galicia. The contract will last approximately 11 months, and includes as well the following activities:

  • New traveller´s building, including facilities and street furniture
  • New access to the station, through an access highway (160m long)
  • Pedestrian accesses to the station
  • Parking area above ground
  • Pedestrian bridge between platforms, stairs and ramps
  • Platforms
  • Marquees
  • Slopes replanting

 

This is the second contract that Ofiteco has been awarded in the same geographic area over the last two years. We are currently working on the contract: “Management and monitoring of the works of the project high speed train North-Northwest, from Madrid to Galicia, sub stretch Cernadilla-Pedralba de la Pradería. Platform”.
