OFITECO will have a leading role in the 14th Spanish Dam Engineering Conference (XIV JEP), to be held in Granada from 11 to 14 May 2026. This event is one of the main technical reference forums for the hydraulic infrastructure sector in Spain and is organised by the Spanish National Committee on Large Dams (SPANCOLD).
In this edition, OFITECO reinforces its commitment to dam safety, digitalisation and the sustainability of hydraulic infrastructures through a multifaceted participation:

• Presence in the technical and organisational bodies of the event, with company professionals taking part in the Organising Committee and the Scientific Committees.

The technical contributions developed by OFITECO are aligned with current sector challenges and include, among others, the following key topics:

The 14th Spanish Dam Engineering Conference will address two main thematic axes:

• Dams, reservoirs and their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with particular emphasis on climate change, water security and the energy transition.
